I can't wait to hear how things go. =)Carolyn V.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15456210036213016603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9086092860215091270.post-20234851463901197932010-08-16T14:51:13.601-07:002010-08-16T14:51:13.601-07:00LOL, it is very much like running! I'm glad to hear he seems to be taking to the glasses.

Good luck on the 10K. I always wanted to be a runner but I have too many knee issues from my tennis playing days. I really do hate running though, so I doubt I'll ever try.

That's awesome about the glasses! Just wanted to jump down to say my (now) nine-year-old had exotropic strabismus in both eyes. I noticed it almost immediately, and his pediatrician, while he didn't see what I did, was good enough to refer him to a pediatric opth. He wore patches for 3 hrs. a day -- right eye one day, left eye the next -- from six month to two years. At two, he had surgery. His eyes are beautiful, strong, and straight.

Hope the glasses strengthen those little eyes!

Good for you with the running. I've had too many injuries to continue regularly (I now do the Galloway method: running and walking to hold off injury). I always thought I'd hate it until I started.

All the best!
CarolineCaroline Starr Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04597510685273079757noreply@blogger.com
